Over the years we have become truly international, servicing clients in The Netherlands and in Western Europe. We can find candidates in The Netherlands as well as locate international candidates for our home market. In addition we are well positioned to fulfill cross-border assignments. With the development of digital communication and the extension of air travel all over Europe, working internationally has become easy to organize at a low cost for the client. We link our international recruitment experience with an extensive network of contacts. Working with first class researchers in several countries we use local knowledge to select young to senior executives. Candidates range from a bachelor degree and a salary level of € 45,000 to European board members. If you have a vacancy, we are your partner. We will personally visit you to discuss your specific needs. We interview those involved with the position (superior, peers) and write a profile. This saves you valuable time and is your first check on our expertise. We choose the best search method, interview and select suitable candidates and present you with a shortlist. In the meantime, our internal unit ensures the recruitment process is up to speed, handling all candidate liaison, making sure all candidates feel valued.

As a business partner we adapt our service to your demands. After you provide us with an assignment, first we decide on the best way to recruit suitable candidates. We can check our extensive data-base, which is up-to-date, focussed and elaborate. Only candidates with a Bachelor degree or higher and relevant experience in industry can be filed with us. We keep close contact with our candidates, tracking their career moves, understanding their aspirations. This system enables us to fulfill 37% of our vacancies purely through our “up-to-date” data-base.
However, if the contents of our data-base does not provide us with the right profile, we place an advertisement in the designated national and/or international media. We write the text of our advertisement ourselves, so your message will be well represented.
We can also search candidates directly (headhunting). In The Netherlands we do our own research, internationally we work with dedicated external researchers, who start with focused market research and then approach local candidates for us. We review their comprehensive long list, travel to interested candidates and interview them. We make a careful selection and present a shortlist of up to three suitable candidates to you.
