History of Pantapasin
Pantapasin International was established in 1995 to provide international recruitment activities for corporate clients. Its founder, Jolanda M.C. Bijl, started her career as a recruiter for Royal Dutch Shell after finishing her MA in Law at Leiden University. Since 1989 she has devoted her professional life to executive search. As a consultant and country manager for an international recruitment group she developed long lasting relationships with blue chip corporations. Many clients highly value having a client-driven partner for their international recruitment activities throughout Europe; thus she started Pantapasin International.
