The selection process will differ based on client practices. However you can be sure we will have an in depth interview with you and we check your diplomas. We take time to get to know your personality and skills to ensure a cultural fit with the role and the company before presenting your details to a client. (Video) interviews, assessments and reference checking can be part of the selection process, depending on client preferences.
