Recruitment Needs

The international board announced introduction of Six Sigma in the organization. The EHQ needed to recruit experienced Black Belts, Master Black Belts to train the Green Belts in Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma.

Search Strategy

The company appointed several (Master) Black Belts from the US to start building the Six Sigma organization within the European region. With our prior experience in recruiting talented individuals for Six Sigma Black Belt positions Pantapasin International agreed to focus on searching certified Black Belts, Master Black Belts and a Director Six Sigma.

Results

We searched for Black Belts with different areas of expertise and industry experience all over Europe and globally. We introduced a Director Six Sigma (from the US), a Black Belt for the Supply Chain in Germany and two Master Black Belts for the Commercial discipline.
