Recruitment Needs
Our client decided to integrate its Shared Services at a Pan-European level. It was uncertain how many of the employees within the European locations would join the SSC.
Search Strategy
Being a medium-sized player in the Recruitment Industry we suggested to focus on recruitment for the Financial Services Departments. The company asked Pantapasin to search for eight International positions. We combined database and direct search in the Netherlands with media search in France and Belgium.
Results
Pantapasin International introduced high calibre candidates representing five nationalities. All financial positions were filled within three months. Six finance positions were filled with our candidates: three (Senior) Financial Analysts (for The Netherlands, Belgium and France), a Cash Analyst and an Internal Controls Consultant.
