Celeste Reijnen did her Bachelor of Business Administration at Nyenrode University and was active in a Management Trainee program at Credit Lyonnais Bank Netherlands before continuing her studies in the US.

After graduating for her MBA she worked for four years in Human Resources at Big Four accounting firm Deloitte. She managed their Dutch recruitment department since 1994 and represented the company in different associations and project teams.

She is very passionate about HR and leadership development and worked for two years as Manager HR co-developing new HR programs and strengthening its recruiting networks.

In 1997 she joined Pantapasin International as an international recruitment consultant.

Her signature strength lies in analyzing business needs and selecting matching candidates with the edge to bring the business forward. She loves to build successful (multinational) teams such as recruiting multiple nationalities for EMEA Offices or selecting diverse personalities in  a Management Team for greenfield operations.

Her clients cover a wide range of industries including: chemicals, equipment manufacturing, food, packaging and retail.

Celeste is fluent in Dutch (native) and English.
