Their successful sales growth is tied to their customers' focus on market development. They employ 3000 dedicated people in the EMEA region, manufacturing in four different countries and with large offices in the south of The Netherlands and in Spain. In southern Holland, home of its largest European manufacturing facility, a unique opportunity has arisen for a high performance Organization & Staffing Manager EMEA.

Job description: Reporting to the Human Resources Director EMEA, you drive the development and implementation of company policies and procedures for hiring and talent management, which will provide and maintain highly skilled employees and an effective organization. Moreover, this position includes process leadership for Global Talent Planning, pipeline development, succession planning and retention strategy. You are the inspiring leader of a team of six HR professionals and the HR Manager for a team of 20+ HR professionals across the region. You realize internal and external recruitment and generate pro-active performance appraisals and succession planning across the business. Designing development plans for key employees, you are also responsible for training and other leadership initiatives. In short, you use your creativity in identifying and implementing key programs. This way you energize a growth culture while attracting, developing and retaining talent. High emphasis is placed on the company values, which you represent in all your initiatives and actions. Your sharp analysis and prompt response impress in this demanding environment and enhance the company's image.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • 8-10 years of international experience in general HR, preferably gained within a comparable global player, so this staff position will mean an important step up in your career
  • Dynamic personality with strong vision, execution driven, team player
  • HR professional, creative in developing solutions and talent
  • Ability to make an impact in a fast-moving change-oriented culture
  • Keen networker with excellent communication and e-skills
  • Analytical and flexible approach, ability to manage multiple priorities and cope with stress
  • Great openness and directness but also empathy; good sense of humor
  • Fluent Dutch and English; other European languages are an asset
