Client: Our client is a major US multinational with European HQ in Antwerp. Growing rapidly through acquisitions they are looking to recruit a integration manager.

Job description: The Integration Manager is responsible for identifying targets for potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships in Europe in existing and adjacent markets. He/she ensures in-depth research of the markets, including extensive competitive analysis of major silicone players in Europe. The Integration Manager performs financial and strategic evaluation of identified targets and he/she participates in the negotiations.

Requirements:
· BSc or BA - preferably in the technical field - combined with an MBA
· 2-3 years of experience in major consulting firm, preferably with focus on chemical industry and / or Mergers & Acquisitions
· strategic thinker with outstanding analytical capabilities
· self starter with strong leadership skills and high growth potential
· excellent command of English and at least one more European language
