Job description: The European Manager Engineering reports directly to the Director Operations Europe. His/her varied brief includes leading the engineering teams in Benelux and France and conducting competitive product evaluation. He/she coordinates new product launches, interfacing between manufacturing and marketing. He/she also heads technical training efforts and identifies consultants in the area of product innovation and architectural design.

Requirements:
· university degree in engineering / building & construction
· relevant managerial experience, preferably in an international environment
· proven track record in the area of new product launches
· innovative, creative and pragmatic personality
· fluency in English, proficiency in French
