Job description: The Commercial Director is responsible for setting and realizing revenue and return-goals based on the commercial sales plan. The varied brief includes the translation of the commercial strategy in policy and action plans for the related region. He/she develops new distribution channels and expands market share. The Commercial Director manages the sales department and the field organization. In liaison with the logistics director he ensures operational results in the region and enlarges customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
· college or university degree
· an excellent track record in a commercial management role in FMCG or retail
· strong leader with the ability to satisfy demanding customers
· outstanding communicator, who knows to convince and stimulate customers as well as the cooperating partners
· ability to translate market signals into future policy and action plans
· commercial instinct to identify market opportunities and to adapt to the existing formula
· energetic personality and a strong organizer
· ability to handle conflicts of interests professionally and cope with stress
