Client: Our client is part of an American public company, a world-wide market leader in interactive telecommunication solutions. The company invents, builds and maintains advanced telephone- and card applications, enhanced services applications and integrated customer connect centre solutions. It has built a strong position in four markets: finance, telecom, travel & transport and utilities (e.g. cable). The Dutch office works for corporate clients in different European countries, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. The projects vary from adapting or expanding existing systems to building complete new systems for green field operations.

Job description: The project manager has a leading role in establishing longstanding relationships with corporate clients. He acts as project partner for large ICT projects and coaches project teams. He is responsible for planning, progress and realisation of multiple projects. His job is to ensure quality within time and budget restraints. The project manager assesses the business needs and establishes priorities. He participates in the development of tailored solutions and services.

Requirements:
· relevant college or graduate degree
· at least three years experience in managing complex software projects in ICT-markets
· experience in IT-consulting, preferably within software development or system integration
· process manager with strategic focus and business acumen
· creative personality with diplomacy and a result driven approach
· strong communicator, fluent in Dutch and English
