Job description: You develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures, which will provide and maintain suitably skilled and well-motivated employees and an effective organization to meet current and future requirements. Your accountabilities are to:
· Determine and plan the requirements of the Commercial Business Unit, in conjunction with the European Commercial Director, in order to maintain the company's top position in the employment field
· Review and recommend relevant changes to existing organization structure and development to improve the fit between company's goals and resources
· Recommend and implement remuneration policies, terms and conditions, which are consistent with the company's business objectives and HR strategies
· Coach the commercial line managers in their HR responsibility · Deal with international recruitment, introduction procedures, hiring & firing activities
· Involvement in relevant international HR projects
Requirements:
· BA or MA in Human Resources
· Minimum of 5 years of operational international working experience in the field of HR, preferably gained within an industrial environment
· Experience in management of change
· Knowledge of international labor relations and of international salary and social systems
· Dynamic personality with strong vision and spine, execution driven, taskmaster
· High intellect combined with practical approach
· Professional, capable of anticipating problems and creative in developing solutions
· Analytic and flexible approach, ability to manage multiple priorities and cope with different cultures
· Great openness and directness but also empathy
· Willingness to travel
· Ability to make an impact in a fast-moving change-oriented culture
· Fluent Dutch and English; other European languages are a plus
