Job description: Reporting to the European HR Director your varied brief includes all HR areas: organizational change, staffing and recruitment, communication processes, compensation & benefits, training and development and labor relations. You team up with your line managers to coach them in their HR responsibility and you are involved in several European HR projects. High emphasis is placed on the company values, which you represent in all your initiatives and actions. Your sharp analysis and prompt response impress in a demanding environment.

Requirements:
- BA or MA in Human Resources or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in the field of HR, preferably gained within an international manufacturing environment
- Dynamic personality with strong vision, execution driven, team player
- Professional, capable of anticipating problems and creative in developing solutions
- Ability to make an impact in a fast-moving change-oriented culture
- Analytical and flexible approach, ability to manage multiple priorities and cope with stress
- Good communication and excellent e-skills
- Great openness and directness but also empathy Fluent Dutch and English; other European languages are a plus
