Job description: Develop and implement the company's human resources policies and procedures in the Benelux, which will provide and maintain suitably skilled and well motivated employees and an effective organization to meet our client's current and future requirements. Responsibilities:
· Determine and plan the requirements of the Benelux, in conjunction with the Benelux business leaders, in order to maintain the company's top position in the employment field
· Review and recommend relevant changes to existing organization structure and development to improve the fit between company goals and resources
· Recommend and implement remuneration policies, terms and conditions, which are consistent with the company's business objectives and HR strategies
· Liaise and negotiate CLA with unions
· Advise on appropriate compensation & benefit policies to facilitate good employee relations, in conjunction with the Compensation & Benefits Manager
· Identify the most effective company training methods and programs to meet short and long term requirements of the company staff
· Ensure the up-to-date maintenance of accurate personnel records and statistics
· Coach the line managers in their HR responsibility
· Deal with Benelux recruitment, introduction procedures, hiring & firing activities
· Involvement in relevant international HR projects
· Work closely with the Benelux business leaders
· Ensure close working relationship with other European HR Managers, as well as with HR Managers from other company Businesses in Benelux HR Council

Requirements:
· BA or MA in Human Resources
· Minimum of 3 years of operational international working experience in the field of HR
· Experience in management of change
· Ability and willingness to work on both tactical and operational level
· Outstanding interpersonal skills to perform in a multi-cultural and cross-functional setting
· Ability to cope with stress
· Ability to make an impact in a fast-moving change-oriented culture
· Fluent Dutch and English; other European languages are a plus
· Dynamic personality with strong vision and spine, execution driven, taskmaster
· High intellect combined with practical approach; high professional standards
· Professional, capable of anticipating problems and creative in developing solutions
· Analytic and flexible approach, ability to manage multiple priorities and cope with different cultures
· Great openness and directness but also empathy
