To set up the brand new customer data support center in the Randstad area we are seeking a talented, results-oriented person.

Job description: Reporting directly to the Worldwide Head of Systems Support in the USA you will participate in the start up of the European customer data support operations in the Randstad area. Your varied brief includes developing customer support systems and recruiting an international team of support specialists to ensure outstanding customer support. Your knowledge of ERP and CRM helps you to design and implement databases with information on customers, the company's sales processes and applications. You help coordinate the network communications and data flow for fifteen locations and maintain the data systems using Oracle and Lotus Notes databases. You work closely with US and European business management to identify value added solutions that will enhance customer satisfaction. With your passion for excellence you lead and develop a high performance team operating in a demanding environment.

Requirements:
· degree in computer science or business
· 5+ years experience working with data systems, preferably in an international setting
· in depth knowledge of current technologies; experience with Oracle & Lotus Notes is a strong asset
· business acumen and ability to manage international projects and teams
· self-starter with team spirit and demonstrated leadership skills
· cultural awareness, outstanding personal skills and strong analytical thinking
· fluency in English and Dutch required, other European languages are a plus
