Job description: Principal accountabilities are to strengthen the current business with key accounts. Your varied brief includes driving the sales & marketing strategy and achieving financial performance targets. You manage day-to-day activities as well as high profile commercial projects. Moreover, you participate in re-engineering the sales organization. You team up with clients to increase productivity, competitiveness and profitability. Your success in developing client relationships is tied to customer focus and outstanding service. You negotiate contracts, ensure commitments are met and create preferred supplier status.

Requirements:
· graduate degree in commercial field
· 8+ years experience in a leading commercial role in a business-to-business environment
· successful track record with managing international key accounts required
· knowledge of food industry and packaging technology
· outstanding negotiator with the drive to satisfy demanding clients
· relationship builder with initiative, service-mindedness and flexibility
· excellent interpersonal skills to perform in a multi-cultural setting
· fluency in Dutch, English and German; other languages are a plus
