Job description:
· run the Electrical & Instrumentation section of the company
·
provide projects with adequate E & I resources and to be an interface with other technologies
· coach and manage the E & I discipline and lead engineers, currently consisting of some 20 employees
· monitor & control the administration of E & I activities in company projects
· provide projects and tenders with adequate E & I concepts, resources and budgets
· drive operations' E & I support
· educate, guide, and arrange training of the staff within the E & I section
· bring quality within section to higher level by developing standards & guidelines and sharing best practices

Requirements:
· MSc, BSc or equivalent in Electrical, Instrumentation or Control Engineering
· minimum of eight years of experience in Engineering & Design, Procurement and Commissioning methods and procedures in (engineering agencies in) the Oil & Gas (offshore) industry
· proven track record in a multi-disciplinary environment
· strong leadership skills with a strategic vision
· proven ability to direct and coach E & I engineers in all aspects of their profession
· ability to manage multiple projects in a broad set of disciplines
· strong communication skills
· fluency in English
