Job description: Strengthen their European team, based in Brussels. In this new position you will report to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Organization in Europe. Key responsibility is to provide leadership in the development, implementation and administration of European C & B programs to maximize employee equity, commitment and productivity. Being an active leader you set up and maintain the European C & B process, the co-ordination of expatriates and the development, implementation and optimization of benefits, i.e. tax costs and social security contribution. You initiate and design variable C & B plans, including retirement, healthcare, disability and life. Your brief also includes ensuring that C & B policies are up to date, accurate and in compliance with national and international regulations. Furthermore you drive an ongoing communication process for all C & B programs. You present independent and information based views to high-level management, influence company direction and set exceptional performance.

Requirements:
· MA in International Tax Law or Tax Economics
· 5+ years of post graduate experience in the C & B practice of an international consultancy, preferably in combination with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a commercially oriented international company
· Experience in intercultural communication
· Hands-on personal style with drive, analysis and empathy
· Diplomatic personality, with strong vision and spine, execution driven, taskmaster
· High intellect with proven ability to translate theory into practice
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
