Our client is the largest producer of the world in her field with a production capacity of 400.000 ton per year. An investment of € 68 million will enlarge their capacity with 25% in 2004. Main objective is to produce excellent products of good quality, against a favorable price, according to customer specifications. Job description: In this position you are responsible for successfully co-ordinating and optimizing the maintenance activities for a part of the plant. You analyze the maintenance tasks and failures, detect bottlenecks and set up improvement proposals. With your plans you convince teamleaders and employees of the added value of a pro-active approach. You develop instruments and methods to improve the availability of the equipment and you realize good teamwork between Production, Maintenance and Engineering during implementation. You team up with the Teamleader Planning you develop a planning for the short and the long term. You act as the focal point for contractors, keep the work instructions for maintenance up-to-date and guarantee uniformity in work processes.
