Client: Our client is the number one company in the world in market value. Through direct investments, strategic alliances and partnerships she has grown to be one of the top companies in Europe. The related subsidiary is a leader in manufacturing and marketing of major domestic appliances. From their headquarters in Brussels this subsidiary has recently introduced a complete line of high-end kitchen products.

Job description: Reporting to the European director of technology he is the key to the successful introduction of new products during the development of new product specifications and implementation of product plans. He provides leadership between the supplier engineering team and GEA to make sure programs are implemented on time and meet quality and performance expectations. He is involved with service issues of every new product.

Requirements:
· degree in Engineering
· 3 - 6 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the appliances industry (e.g. manufacturing, marketing, quality and service)
· fluency in English; French, German or Italian are a plus
· excellent leadership, organizational and creative skills
· willing to be relocated to Brussels
